What you would be installing
A single Windows application, installed from an ordinary installer into its own folder. It runs offline: your images are processed on your machine and are never uploaded. The times it touches the network are visible to you: signing in if you hold a licence, fetching the price list and release notes from this site, downloading a Gaia catalogue or looking up a target when you ask, and run reports, which a release build asks about first and the beta sends by default, with a notice and an off switch.

| Operating system | Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. There is no macOS or Linux build, and none is promised. |
| Memory | 16 GB is a sensible floor. Integration holds each filter's frames in memory while it measures and aligns them, so very large sessions need more; the final combine reads from disk in chunks. |
| Graphics | No dedicated GPU required. Integrated graphics is what this is developed on. |
| Disk | Room for the frames you already have, plus the calibrated and registered copies the run writes beside them. |
| Formats | FITS and XISF in, FITS out, so a set prepared elsewhere opens here and the results open anywhere. |
